No, I'm not doing anything special for my plants. Gonna leave my newly acquired Cephalotus 'Eden Black' out there to see just how tough these little guys are. It's done well through the heat we've had the last few weeks. Tomorrow is going to be the hottest day of the summer, but we've already had 105°F and all of the plants are fine, including all of the Cephalotus I have growing out there. Luckily, the temps drop dramatically at night, which helps immensely. And we do get shade on the greenhouses starting around 3 pm, so they're spared from full sun during the hottest parts of the day. But the air temperature is still over 100, so they have to deal with that. They seem to do fine as long as they are hydrated and not in full, direct sunlight when it is over 95.
