Healthy venus flytraps?

Is this venus flytrap healthy?
(the previous vft grew in fertilised peat moss. somehow
)
suggestions would help i’m not good in taking care of plants

for lighting its fish tank light ( i found the brightest i had)
temperature: around room temp (sometimes around 25c)
