Hello, I'm wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else?? It caught my eye earlier and I was just surprised. It appears that my flytrap is growing FOUR heads on one leaf! One of them is seperated from the larger leaf, but its still cool to see :D

Definitely a first for me. I have seen 2, maybe 3 if my memory serves me correct. Will definitely be interesting to see grow out.

The flytrap could use a bit more light and will need to be planted in a 1:1 ratio of peat to perlite if it is not already (just a tip of advice).

Good luck!

I have seen that one other time before in photos. Steve Doonan had a Low Giant (IIRC?) flytrap grow four traps on it many years ago. Multiple head traps aren't terribly uncommon in early spring but anything more than 3 is pretty uncommon! Very cool and thanks for sharing the photo here :)

Oh nice! My plant seems to also be growing a cupped trap which is pretty cool too. I did not expect much from a Walmart flytrap haha
