The flowers were drying already, but today I noticed this. Show I harvest the seeds ? Or leave the flower stalk on more?
I’m afraid it’s way too early.

It is early but it is definitely time to harvest it. Once it pops, it's not going to develop further.

They look good. What speicies is it, and when did it first flower?
