Growing outdoors in Orlando, FL

I recently relocated from Memphis to Orlando and I have a small container bog outdoors with Sarrs, one VFT and a couple bog orchids. We are in a drought, so I've been purchasing distilled water until I can start collecting rain water. The Sarrs survived the move in January, then all bloomed for me and the VFT (a new addition) is about to flower. I want to add some drosera seed to fill in.
I've searched, but I'm surprised to find that there isn't a CP society in this area. Are there any other growers in the area that want to share tips or talk about what plants grow best for them?
