Good video on CP evolution and research

Hi all,
Mid Atlantic Carnivorous Plant Society forwarded this video today and I thought others would be interested. It's about 30 minutes and focuses on a researcher in Germany who studies why and how plants evolved to be carnivorous - fascinating stuff! The voice over is a little stilted since it's translated, but still worth a watch.

Yes, the researcher talks about discovering that CPs' digestive enzymes appear to be altered forms of enzymes that originally helped plants fight off diseases.

I dont belive one bit canivorous plants "evolved".
