I just stumbled across this article outlining how scientists discovered a fluorescent UV glow emitted by pitcher plants believed to attract insects. Cool! I'm going to have to get my UV light out when it gets dark and try this.

Nepenthes nectar is often UV-reactive as well. I keep forgetting to try to take a picture of my drooling poi dog in the evening under UV.
