Thanks for all of the information on how you do your deflasking and potting Brad. That's great information. Although, it sounds way more work intensive and time consuming than what I'm doing right now. Flytraps are so easy to pot out and harden off that I rarely lose any. Heliamphora, Sarracenia, Drosera and Darlingtonia seem to be almost equally as easy. Cephalotus on the other hand seem to be a bit more difficult, but they propagate so well that I don't mind losing a few after potting out.
