Worth trying then, i was going to give it a go either way, just seeing if anyone know germination rate or anything haha Image

Germination rate was pretty good as I recall.
But honestly, after that long, any germination would have been a wonderful surprise.
The seeds were stored in a refrigerator and that contributed to their longevity and continued viability.

Question is how many different ways should i try growing them, in soil or sphag and with greenhouse method or not! I grow indoor under some grow lights with temps always above 10deg

What species do you plan to grow?
Subtropical species or Temperate species?
Temperate Drosera seeds should be stratified for about 8 weeks before planting.

I'd grow 25% on Peatmoss/Perlite (or Peatmoss/Sand) mixes, 25% on Sphagnum or chopped/milled Sphagnum, 25% in water filled test tubes.

I'd save 25% of the seed in case of catastrophic failure or emergency.

So i have planted some of the seeds in a plastic container with sphag and then across the top of one side ive put peatmoss, just a little experiment, but here is to anyone that wants to see the amount of seeds i have, i only used the spread out one on the paper and not the huge black pile of them!
