I have three flytraps (two divisions and one mother plant) that is starting to grow flower stalks. I was wondering if they are long enough to cut off?

That depends: Do you just want to get rid of the stalks, or do you want to use them for flower-stalk propagation? If the latter, I normally wait until the stalk is about 3 inches / 8 centimeters tall before cutting it. That gives it more reserves to encourage a strike.

I would rather get rid of the stalks. I have no room to propagate them and I don't have enough knowledge on how that works. Would you recommend me waiting for them to be at 2 inches to cut them off?

If you are just going to get rid of them, cut them off as soon as the bud is formed. Even 1/2 inch.
