How do I stratify my Filiformis seeds?

Dump them onto media, and put the pot into another container containing water. Put a lid on, and put it in the fridge
Or put it int a test tube with distilled water, and throw into fridge.

What tpg said.
Whe sowing them and putting them onto media and putting into the fridge is easiest, it needs more monitoring. The media will dry out and stratification will stop, so you have to make sure it stays wet. When done, you simply put a pot outside to get things started.
The test tube is almost as easy, but it's sometimes difficult to get the seeds out at the end.

My preferred method is sandwiching seeds in a wet paper towel in a condiment cup in the fridge, with a couple drops of peroxide to prevent fungus growth. Monitor to make sure it doesn't dry out of course, but with a couple layers the moisture level should be pretty stable. Now the downside of this method is that it's a bit of a pain to transfer the seeds to a pot afterwards but it takes up a lot less space than full pots.

I used micro centrifuge tubes for my intermedia and got at least 90 percent germination rates.
