Maybe you can use bits of scotch tape on a matchstick to remove the insides of a trap. The insides of te trap will stick to the scotch.

Just get a needle for sewing that works best. If it's laying up against a trigger hair well your sol unless you only touch a hair once. I usually just blow it out I use my mouth, but you could use an air compressor on a very low psi.
