Hello all. In thinking of what topic to choose for this month's contest, I thought that butterworts would be a good choice. If you don't have pictures already, I know that many of the Mexican butterworts are starting to shed their succulent state and may make for some interesting photos. So, in the famous words of Sean Connery:

"Give me a ping, Vasili. One ping only, please."

Okay, it can be a picture of more than one ping, but you can only post one photo for the contest and it must be a photo that you have taken. Posting multiple photos, or someone else's picture will disqualify you from the contest.

And we can't have a contest without a prize, can we? For this month's prize, Matt and Leah from the flytrap store are supplying

So, Mexican or Temperate, let's see your beautiful pinguiculas. Specimen plants, flowers, ping rocks or walls, they are all good. Show us your best and vote for your favorite.

Ready, Set, Grow!

I have a gigantea and an emarginata, though I'm quite excited to watch these two agnata leaf pullings coming to life

Beautiful plant! You may want to edit your post down to 1 picture so that you can qualify for the contest. Thanks for sharing!

I assume so. I didn't do anything to put it there, so time will tell, I guess.

I would have to say Pinguicula’Weser’ is my favorite for its small uniform growth, color, and beautiful aesthetics.
