Dreamsicle x self is Class One seeds.
Those seeds can be ordered by members who have been active for at least a month and have at least 5 non-giveaway posts.

You have just joined so you are able to request seeds in the class Zero group.
There is a link to the seed bank in my signature.
I think everything is explained reasonably well there.
