In my last post I said how my capillaris didn't have any dew and some forum members says to wait around 2 weeks. Its been a month since I bought the Drosera capillaris (It's my first carnivorous plant) and it lost all of its leaves and the new leaves dies before it fully opens. I'm super concerned and I'm not sure what to do.

It's living on the tray method with long fibred sphagnum moss as the soil, the water is 0 ppm, its on those blue red LED lights for 12 hour a day. There also has been a weird "cold wave" in Indonesia (specifically West Java) but it only ever goes down to 19 degree Celsius at night at day its usually around 22-25.

This seems like root rot. The media is way too wet/soggy. Perhaps you should try watering less.
You might also want to check and remove rotting/slimy/dead roots from your drosera.
I hope this helps.
