If the plant arrived, already potted, you should be good.
Put it in a spot where it gets lotsalotsalotsa light.
Give it clean low tds water and it should be happy.
Even if the dew doesn't come back on the existing leaves, it should appear on new leaves as they grow.

If the plant arrived bare-root and you potted it, then I would bag or dome the plant for a few (2 - 4) weeks.
This will give the roots time to re-establish good contact with the media so they can pull up the moisture your plant's leaves need.
While it's bagged you should keep the plant in bright light but out of full direct sunlight.
Otherwise your plant will get cooked.
Just my 02ยข worth.

My experience has been that dew usually doesn't return to existing leaves once the glands have dried up, but new leaves will have dew. Don't panic, D. capensis is very hardy and you'll do fine :) Just follow Shadow's advice!
