My Drosera Capensis are a few weeks old, it does not like the other drosera capensis seedling photos that other people post online.

The leaves kinda appear to be really long and skinny.

Does it need more sunlight?

It's pretty common to have grass seed in your long fiber Sphagnum Moss, especially the stuff from New Zealand.

Pull it out. It develops a large root system quickly.

Most Sundew seeds take 4 - 6 weeks to germinate, unless they are extremely fresh.

Good growing,
Mike

Don't worry yourself too much, just have a little patience.
I can say from very recent experience (I'm growing Capes and other varieties from seed right now) that your seedlings are, if sprouted, less than 1 millimeter tall at this point. Plus, they're about the same color as your moss, making then near impossible to see.
Don't fret, take a breath, and keep on keeping on, your little fellas will be along in their own time.
