Hello and welcome to the forum Jason!

I usually do pullings in my terrarium, so yes, in a way that's a humidity dome. I've also done them without any kind of humidity augmentation and they've struck too.

I put the flower stalk I cut off into like a lock-tight container. this way I can leave it sealed during night for humidity sake and then take the lid-off and feel the moss to make sure its fairly moist and re-water with the rain water i gathered if the moss is not moist. I am just wondering if thats a good approach to have a strike?
