Do cephalotus die naturally

So I was wondering if cephalotus traps die and get traps replaced naturally or if something is wrong here Image

Yes, leaves are always temporary. There doesn’t appear to be any fungus/mildew, and the neighboring traps look healthy, so I think your plant is fine.
