has a huge array of venus fly trap clones; they are based in the Czech Republic but can ship within the EU without the need for permits (simply because
they are within and a part of the EU). The shipping can get costly but the quality of the plants far outweighs any costs incurred with shipping.
Should you choose to buy with them please make sure you choose the correct size of the plant you want and that you only have one of a particular plant in your basket (unless you want multiple plants) as on occasion I've clicked to buy a single plant and it put two in my basket. They also have free plants/items available depending on the cost of your order.
Mr. Kubin and I have spoken on various occasions and the customer service is fantastic if you have any doubts or queries.

although im not sure if the permit would be for each plant or if the permit is for a group of plants sent together
That's a pretty interesting idea, would likely take a while to coordinate but would definately be worth looking into in the future. I do think you only need one phytosanitary certificate per order, though I can't guarantee it.
