Yeah, the critters are back. I started putting the Capes outside for a few hours of morning sun, and after a couple of weeks I left them out all day. The leaves started losing dew, shriveling, and new growth almost stopped. What new leaves there are have some deformation. I thought they might just be having problems with life outdoors but close inspection found some tiny, yellow-white bugs. I have the pots isolated and one is in a dunk tank. I'll pull it out in a couple days to see if they drowned. If they're gone, the rest will go underwater. Otherwise, I'll pick up some miticide.
Thankfully the flytraps and Sarrs aren't having issues, and I can't find any bugs on them. Yet.

You may be right, I'll try to get a pic. They're the same size as the whiter spider mites that plagued me a few months ago. However, the aphids around here are pale green and much larger. They raised havoc with my jalapenos last summer.
Here's a pic of the white spider mite from last year.

Here's a pic of the latest intruder. Looks a lot like the previous critters. That's a good thing because I already know that drowning will eradicate them.

You'll get different aphids inside vs outside, even from plant to plant. I'll get big orange ones on my milkweed, medium green ones on my trees and veggies, and small white ones on my Capes.
However, the pics you've posted look more like juvenile thrips rather than aphids. That you catch them early is good.

Thrips are bad news! I'd treat all of the plants with something like Captain Jack's Dead Bug Brew. It is spinosad based and well tolerated by carnivorous plants.

Never heard of that product before. Where do you usually find it? (Always handy to be able to switch up the "arsenal " with something different.

Going there in the morning. Thanks to all for the tips!
So far, I haven't seen them on the Sarrs or VFTs, but I may give them a treatment to be safe.

I inspected the flytraps and found thrips on them. They all got a dousing of Deadbug spray. I didn't see any on the Sarrs but they got sprayed anyway.
These plants need all the sun they can get right now so they need to be outside, but I don't want to keep battling the bugs all summer. Will extended use of Capt Jack's be detrimental to sundews, VFTs, or Sarrs? I'm trying to plan for the worst case.
