D. Spatulata 3 weeks no growth

Hi guys,
I planted my spatulata roughly 3 weeks ago in peat and perlite/vermiculite but have no growth also sealed in plastic bag. Any ideas why no growth ?;(

Could just be slow. What are light conditions and water? What's the plant look like?

Well the plant look like nothing xD because it didn’t germinated yet .. its in a seal plastic bag outside in a shaded area
water i sometimes spray to keep it moist

Oh, I thought it was a grown plant, not seeds. Lol. Yeah, they can be slow. My vfts took like two months to germinate.

No, they need the humidity. Just make sure you're opening it every day and letting the air circle.
