Are they seeds? And how long would it take to ship to Ottawa?

Nope, they're gemmae, little modified leaves that pygmy sundews send out which develop into plantlets quite quickly and easily. Higher success rate than most seeds I'd say and definitely grow faster.
Hm, not sure, I'd predict around a week or so? If you're worried about viability I'm pretty sure they'd be alright if it took that long and if nothing ends up growing I will send you a full refund. A cautious prediction of their lifespan is about 2 weeks, these have been preserved for barely a day.
