Will these ever flower?
Are they too etiolated?
Is it too late for them to flower this year?

They are from the seed bank a while back.

They're probably mature enough to flower. I think they can get much longer than that and still be fine. They’re tropical I believe so just feed it a lot and it’ll probably flower.

This plant enjoys temp above 80 degrees. Most importantly, if you want it to flower it needs to be feed bi-monthly. It's one of those sundews that doesn't do well if fed occasionally. I feed each stalk small amounts every week to keep it happy. It also likes media a bit on wetter side.

Yes, I've noticed it has had a growth spurt this summer as temps have been in the 90s. I will have to make it a point to feed it regularly, every week sounds good and sounds like something I will be able to remember. I'll have to keep tabs on the media - it has never gone dry, but I think it has been no wetter than my other sundews.

Thanks!
