I didn't take the plant from the soil, but it seems like the rhizome is not white, because some green leave will sproud form december...
@Dionae - I didn't. Do you think they will do something when they see the picture, because it passed a lot of time from period I recieved the plant till now?

Heres a quote from their site.

Plants are shipped bare root, wrapped in moist soft paper. Gemmae and hibernaculas are wrapped in moist filter paper. We guarantee for healthy and excellent condition arrival of plants shipped within the EU countries, USA and Japan. If orders arrive in a bad state, contact us immediately on arrival and we will refund the money or replace the plants.
We reserve the right to ask back the damaged orders (picture of this damage order) for inspection before shipping replacements.

They might not now that so much time has passed but next time, if there is one, you should prob contact them about it. Hopefully it will start growing for you again.

I sent the mail, just to inform them about condition, so I will wait the answer. It is my fault I haven't sent the mail the week later, but it doesn't metter, it's just 3 euros.
