Okay so i bought African violet potting soil with no fertilizer included so is it safe??

Ingredients: Canadian sphagnum peat moss, perlite, dolomite, limestone

I also added, tree bark, and a lot of long-fibered sphagnum

My guess is it is okay but i wanted to make sure.

I agree with Dubstep. I would not recommend that soil for carnivorous plants. The Dolomite lime is calcium magnesium carbonate. It is added to supply calcium and magnesium and reduce the acidity of the peat.
