It could be a Bryophyllum pinnatum. The plant receives enough light ? The leaves are rather elongated.

Looks like some sort of Epiphyllum (or other "Jungle Cactus") to me but I'm no expert. If you can't get a definitive answer here, you can try the friendly folks at the Cactiguide: http://www.cactiguide.com/forum/

It ma be a little under lite but the plant I got it off of was huge with 12 inch sections but thay were thicker
