Just throwing this in.....shame Phil Golding has disappeared off the face of the earth (so to speak). He was "The Man" when it came to all things Darlingtonia! He had mature plants, stolon root, seeds, you name it! Oh well, hope he's ok, that's the main thing. Sorry to go off on a tangent & hijack the thread!
I wouldn't think real Cobra seeds would be too hard to find, but then again i haven't tried to get any! Hope yours are legit!

If they do turn out to be fakes, I harvested some of mine just a couple of weeks ago that I could sell.

I'm glad they are legit. Now to stratify them prior to sowing them.

Yes. Not sopping, but moist.

Don't worry about giving me any, they won't do good here. Find someone that can give them the right conditions to keep them growing.
I appreciate the offer though

Can I go ahead and start the stratification

Start the stratification whenever you want. Most temperate cp's require minimum of 2 months stratification, but everything I've read says Cobras only need 1 month. However, many have reported better results with 2, and you won't harm the seeds with s longer stratification.
Go for it.
