Does anyone know any websites that sell cheap soil? Or possibly know how to make my own cheaper? Oh and it must deliver to the UK

Personally I wouldn't go with cheap.

I used NZLFSM and even though it's on the pricier side it's worth every penny. The plants have to be growing in whatever you get for at least a year so cheap can be not so cheap in the end.

I'm in the US so I can't answer your question.
But here is a UK Carnivorous Plant Forum, https://www.cpukforum.com/forum/index.php?act=home , maybe they can help.

You should try to get some live spagnum moss and grow it. It requires very little care, no actual food. It grows quick.
