A question of accuracy raised by the donor of the seeds currently labeled as D. capensis "Matroosberg Pass" has been raised.
Recently distributed seeds from the seed bank labeled as D. capensis "Matroosberg Pass" may not be "MP", but possibly simply an unusually large and husky typical. As such, the listing has been changed to reflect D. capensis "Large form", and it is encouraged that all recipients of these seeds make the changes in their labeling.
The donor is doing everything they can to verify that these are "MP", but they are unsure as all their records were lost in the Great Flood of the Mighty Mississip, of '27. As the "MP" I have is also from this donor, I will also be changing the name of my seeds and plant to D. capensis "Large form".
If the name can be verified, I will post again here. The donor apologizes for the confusion, but wants to be as transparent and accurate as possible.

Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes the reason is that I make bad decisions.
