I have a Binata that is about to flower right now and I’m wondering if it self fertilises like a Capensis.

If not then I will have to wait for the Binata hitchhikers in my Sarracenia pot to grow up. Binatas are surprisingly fragile their leaves keep being snapped.

Most binata are not self pollinating or self fertile. You need a genetically different plant to pollinate.
However, the binata "T-Form" and the binata "Small Red Form" that we have in the seed bank are self fertile, but I believe you gotta do the pollinating yourself or have it outside and hope the bugs do it without getting eaten.
