Thanks! Posted a picture of it. I just wanted to know if it is okay to re pot my plant. I have had it since July 2017. And I live in Wisconsin where it is still cold. Thank you

It could definitely benefit from fresh soil and now is a great time to do it! Yes, it's just starting to break dormancy.

And as mouthstofeed said, it could also use significantly more light. Get it outside in full sun!

I think something important to remember here is

Also depending on the dormancy solution that was used will dictate on how much light the plant received through the last few months. Mine received very little light if any at all. They are etoliated and they will remain so until spring comes to my area in another month or so.

As stated the repot shouldn't be a big deal to do now.

I'm in the process of waking my VFTs up and re-potting some right now. It's the perfect time. Mine will live in west and south windows until outside temps stay above freezing most nights.
