Calluses on my calluses

I've got some flytraps that I have broken up. The tissue has all formed calluses but that is as far as it has gotten. I've had them in a humidity dome on lfsm under lights for a couple of months but there has been no change. No new growth above or below. It looks the same as when it divided. Is there anything I can do to give it a boost? I've considered nicking the callus.
