I live in sometimes sunny Southern California and I am the proud owner of two Flytraps and a Purple Pitcher all are new additions after my first Flytrap was killed by some homeless guy who just showed up outside my backdoor three days ago and pulled my pet out of his pot and killed him. But I went and bought some new eaters and the traps are feeding already but the pitcher has not caught anything yet, but this looks like a place to learn a lot and meet some fans of carnivore plants.

Sorry for your loss, what an odd (and awful) thing for someone to do :?

A homeless man walked up in my backyard investigating before. I threw a quarter and he ran for it. Maybe you should grow them outside an upstairs window or something.
