I got the cacao seeds from China they they were actually from kirgastan, are these legit.

Google Image search for Cacao theobrama seeds turns up a different shape for real Cacao seeds.

In Louisiana we give samples of the seeds to the Department of Agriculture to check to see if it's an invasive species that could ruin our crops. That might be a good idea before you plant them.
