Any idea what is causing this discoloration?

They did get left out in temps that were a little too low one night,but that was weeks ago.I have moved them to a spot were they are shaded most of the day to see if that helps.The smaller one I got last summer and the big one I've had for about 2 months.

It's just old growth
Don't worry about it.
When you get tired of looking at the dying leaves cut them off

Always watch new growth.
If your new growth looks bad you have a problem. Old growth is more easily effected by condition changes.
Light, humidity...etc.
