Hello, I have sarracenia flava when the spring comes some bugs attack leaves and make small black dots and kill the leaves,how can ı solve this problem.Thanks..

If they are sap suckers a systemic insecticide such as Provado will do it, but do it well before flowering to prevent killing bees.
Those dots could be fungal growth on some deposits left on the leaves, maybe left by pests, difficult to say from this distance.
