Hey everyone, just posting some before and afters of my highlanders and other stuff in the tank. Thought it would be interesting to monitor thier growth, plus if any problems arise someone may catch them before me.

Thanks! I have realized that as well....and it doenst help i still want more. That darn CP bug bit me good, i probably will be feeling the effects from it for a very long time. Luckily i have a taller 30 Gal of the same length and width on standby for when the time comes to move the bigger guys.

And now that im thinking about the future. What do people do with highlands that get larger/taller than like 4 ft, other than cut them for propagation. At that point is it time to look about getting them thier own growtent or something smiliar?

the tank is in a mylar growtent. I have a dimmable 600w equivalent LED that has the red dimmed to about 70% and the blue around 30-40%. I also put opaque clingwrap on the top of the tank to cut out some direct light but still keep it nice and bright.

due to my lighting some of the pics of the pitchers didn't show all of their colors, that N. Aristolochioides x Spectabillis is one of my faves right now. the pitchers actually have some DEEP purple and tan in them as well, I love how dark they get.

Im in a 1 bedroom apartment, it mostly depends on how much i have been using the heater/ac. Usually it is around 5-8 dollars. When i set eveything up, including my lights, fogger, peltier cooler, and fans i barely noticed a difference in the bill, it was maybe a differance of 1.50 on the high side.
