I just noticed some very small white bugs on my pitcher plant. They are less than 1mm and are very hard to notice. I thought they might be just some dust but now I'm not so sure. I put the plant somewhere away from the others just in case.

A newbie at taking care of carnivorous plants. I live in Australia, Perth WA.

Hmm, those little white dots do look like they could be pests. I'm not sure what kind but maybe a type of mite? I've never seen them before myself. Maybe someone else will know what they are.

Spoidah moites (said in an australian accent). I can't tell but I've had some run ins with spider mites that look very similar. Not harmful to the plant but you can spray em off with a high pressure hose.
