I think I've given these to sundews before without any adverse effects but I'm not sure about nepenthes. Mine has just started to produce fluids in it's pitchers and I've wanted to give it a boost because it's growing kind of slow. So will this hurt the plant or is it safe?

I have used them and they don't harm the plants at all. Just in moderation. I put a couple of pellets in each pitcher every few weeks. It's food.
