Almost any kind of light is ok.
Here's what I reccomend doing:
1. Go to your nearest farm/hardware store and buy a chicken lamp clamp reflector, similar to this:https://www.amazon.com/Woods-Clamp-Alum ... efl&sr=8-5
2. Buy whatever grow bulb(full spectrum works fine, but make sure that it goes mainly on the blue and red spectrum as the highest output),an A19(cheaper yet smaller)or a BR30. They will look like regular light bulbs and should be in the gardening section.
3. Put the bulb in your chicken lamp, clamp it onto your rack or whatever you are using, and plug it in. This is the cheap solution I use, totalling me about 20 dollars if not less.
