15 epiphytes

There are enough epiphytes that are unrelated with different forms of carnivory to make it interesting

16 sticky icky

Longest nectar strand? Touch the plant with a needle and see how far it stretches before the surface tension goes.

16 best bloom

Should be self explanatory

I got one. How about "best seedgrown carnivrous plant"? I could include adults and young plants or only mature specimens.

I’m liking how this is going! I might be able to giveaway a N. sanguinea basal shoot. Should we have a voting on what idea/subject should go first?

I hadn't added it to the list, but I thought for the first one we might just do "Your Collection". That way everyone can participate, regardless of what they are growing or how long they have been growing. I thought that would be a good way to get started. Thoughts?

@Ben, this is your idea and I didn't want to hijack it, but if you want, I would be willing to run this each month. I don't have any prizes (yet) but @Sanguinarocks101 has volunteered the first prize. Also, when we do start it, I suggest we move it to the photos section and create a new contest thread each month.

Thoughts?

Okay, I'm fine with Panman running it, and the first theme being "My Collection". Perhaps we could start it today, if that is OK with everyone?
