I just came home today and saw all the traps closed for all my Venus Flytraps. There was some rain but it wasn’t hard.

Should I be worried? I know it takes energy to open up those traps again

A newbie at taking care of carnivorous plants. I live in Australia, Perth WA.

They were lucky that they were fine. My mom just told me it hailed 6 hours ago

. I was also wondering why one of the new Sarracenia leaves were damaged. The hail was small but were numerous.

We’re getting more hail than we used to. Really weird

Hail can really wreak havoc on pitchers.
