AK Carnivores raised prices on seed.

by twitcher » Tue Nov 13, 2018 4:09 am

Was looking at the site yesterday I noticed that their seed prices went from $7.50 to $8.00. They also added a $3.00 shipping charge for seeds. Is this a winter rise in pricing or a permanent deal? Anybody know. I was getting ready to buy some since my previous purchases germinated.

A $3 shipping charge tells me they're shipping in a padded envelope, which requires the package rate rather than the letter rate. Maybe they've been having issues with the post office crushing seeds?

I didn't think of that, but many of the seeds they sell are so tiny that should not matter.

I thought the shipping was $7 but then I realized I was looking at the starter kits

just drop them a line, they are nice/responsive. $3 just means its a padded envelope likely.
