13-15 C = 55-59 F, which is right at the temp for dormancy. 60ish and higher (16 C and higher) is pushing close to too warm to trigger dormancy, so you're right in there. It should be fine.

But when it put VFT outside the temp. is normally higher because of the sun,cause i don't use any bulbs. Also,almost every time i put plant outside SHE catches some insect. Hungry little plant.
