13-15 C = 55-59 F, which is right at the temp for dormancy. 60ish and higher (16 C and higher) is pushing close to too warm to trigger dormancy, so you're right in there. :) It should be fine.

But when it put VFT outside the temp. is normally higher because of the sun,cause i don't use any bulbs. Also,almost every time i put plant outside SHE catches some insect. Hungry little plant. :)
