A Pesky Bug or an Invasion?

Hello everyone,
I've been closely inspecting my sarracenia for the past two months and have found two tiny bugs that crawl on my sarrs' soil. They basically appear on any pot that contain sarrs. One is orange (no, these aren't spider mites) and the other is striped grey. Currently, I find them hiding in my sarrs' rhizomes and inside of pitchers. I'm guessing that they may be some type of aphid but I'm not exactly sure (so far, no damage seems to be done). Does anybody have any idea what this bug (or pest) is?

If you could get a better photo showing the pest, it would be helpful. Have you tried to use the bayer 3 in 1 insecticide ?

I do have Bayer 3 in 1 insecticide but I'm going to use it only if I have to. Most of these "aphids" are pretty dumb, they fall right into the traps and stay in there for a while. They don't seem to be doing anything inside and eventually die of starvation. The pitchers are hardened so these aphids shouldn't cause any harm from the inside. Is it really safe (or worth it) to use bayer in those pitchers? I mean, sarr pitchers are somewhat sensitive.

Next time you see one, try poking at it with a toothpick or something. If it seems to suddenly disappear, it's likely springtail. Springtails are harmless, and can come in a variety of colors, even orange. If one were to fall into a pitcher, it would be stuck until it starved or drowned.

Do you see any damage to the plant at all? If not, they're likely not harmful to the plant. There are lots of teeny tiny bugs that live in, on, and around soil and most of them are harmless to carnivorous plants.

These insects must be springtails, I guess there's no need for insecticide.
Thanks ChefDean and Matt! :)

Springtails feed my droseras like crazy. I got some with a plant and intentionally spread them to my drosera pots.
