Only 83 more days until Christmas. This has me thinking about our December photo contest. This year we'll be staying with the holiday theme and I would also like to be able to do multiple prizes. We have already determined what @Matt will be supplying (it's awesome) and I will be providing a Drosera filiformis tracyii 'White Flower'. I'd like to be able to offer more prizes. If you have something you would be interested in donating, shoot me a PM and I can fill you in on the details.

I think it is really good. Check out last year's contest and start thinking about your entry.

I want to bump this up for everyone to see. I already have one additional donor with a special request, which is going to make this contest even more fun.

Prize update! We have another prize slated (you'll have to wait to find out) but I wanted to show you one of them. I am withdrawing the filiformis and instead we will have:

Now, this one is mine, but the winner of this prize will be able to provide their own pictures. I'll also be centering the text. And, it is a nice and big 15 ounce mug. Isn't this amazing? My wife is so talented!

Only 3 days until the announcement of the Holiday Extravaganza photo contest. I am very excited for this contest because we have not one, not two, not even three, but four prizes to be awarded. If you would like to contribute something to the prize pool and make it even bigger, PM me and we will work out the details. So far we have prizes from Matt, elaino, and yours truly. There are a couple of others in the works so the prize pool may be even deeper. This is a contest you will not want to miss out on.

To get you thinking about the theme, it will be the Holiday Season. So that means anything that is typically associated with the winter holidays. Colors like red and green or white and red, winter weather (the snow on Kilimanjaro was pretty cool), or one of your plants dressed up for the holidays; any of these would be good. Have a different idea? As long as it is winter holiday themed, it is good! Full details will be on the contest post on December 1 so put on those creative thinking hats and get ready!

Will there be one winner or multiple winners?
