It's about the same as the previous one. Slightly more wattage, about 800 more lumens.

I have used a similar bulb ,the one I use is 35w out put 175w t3 spiral
sarracenia seeds were sown in in December 2013
I made a home made light box 3ft by 2ft by 2ft I use I clip on light bulb holder
a hole is made in the top of the light box to accommodate bulb holder
to make light more affective i have used Mylar Reflective Sheeting (white) to line inside

95% successful germination rate
My seedlings are now back inside under light box

People say leave light on 24 hours a day
my light is on a timer there receive 10 hours of light all plants i believe plants need darkness
My seedlings have grow a lot since I put them back under the light box
