Waking up a dormant plant in winter

So I recently purchased a starter size Jaws from the FTS. I'm not able to put them in dormancy this year due to some circumstances so would it be okay to slowly wake them up from dormancy when they arrive in the mail and wait until next year to put them through a full dormancy? Not sure what some of y'all thoughts are but thanks anyway. :)

I wouldnt but if u really have to for some reason im sure they will be fine. They may not grow as fast or vigorous as they wont have the proper rest they need. As long as u give them the much needed rest next yr i think u will be ok. Just a heads up though, ur kinda pushing some boundries here so be careful.

I wouldn't be too worried. VFTs can survive more than one year without dormancy.

Thanks guys! I've starting to give them more and more lighting indoors and the traps are growing in super fast and large now too! So I think it'll be okay. I'll just give them a good dormancy next year!

Try not to do this too often, the plant needs dormancy to stay healthy. So give the plant as much sun as possible. Where do you live?
