Variation in coloration

I recently mentioned in another thread how coloration can vary with the seasons and isn't necessarily an indication of the amount of light the plant is receiving. Here's an example of some FTS Maroon Monsters dormant (actually just beginning to wake up) receiving 12 hours a day vs. the same plants in April receiving 13.5 hours a day at a higher intensity. They will soon turn maroon again as they hit their stride.

Those are really cool lookin. Can't wait to sprout some reds.

Your plants look wonderful and very healthy! AND great color!
I have just replanted mine int the same type of pots. I hope they come out of it looking as good as yours.

Yes! Maroon Monster is such an amazing cultivar! I was lucky to find them available in a bargain bundle several years ago.
